Pelvic Health Occupational Therapy, Delivered.
Individualized OT that meets you where you are - physically and personally
Hi! I’m Kelly Amundson…
MS, OTR/L, Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner. I’m an Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable routines, and restore confidence in their daily lives.
I specialize in pelvic floor therapy for adults and take a whole-person approach that blends body awareness, habit change, movement, and nervous system support. I work with people who are tired of feeling limited by discomfort, uncertainty, or the sense that “something just isn’t right.” Together, we create a clear, doable plan that fits your life—not adds to the overwhelm.
Over the years, I’ve worked in skilled nursing, acute care, outpatient pain management, and mental health settings. Today, I support individuals in both clinical and community-based programs. My work includes individual and group therapy, pelvic health education, and helping people reconnect with what makes life meaningful.
Rather than just treating symptoms, I focus on identifying patterns, improving body mechanics, and building daily rituals that support long-term function and well-being. You’ll leave sessions not only more informed, but more empowered to care for yourself with clarity and consistency.
If you’re ready to move, feel, and live with greater ease—I’d be honored to support you.
As an Occupational Therapist, I take a holistic, whole-person approach—supporting the physical, emotional, and social aspects of pelvic health. I recognize that every person’s story is unique, and you are the expert of your own body and experience.
My role is to come alongside you with education, tools, and encouragement, offering a team-based, respectful partnership that helps you reconnect with your body, restore function, and expand your confidence.
